2008 Highlights In 2008, Cybernet Expo enjoyed a successful move to the West Coast, setting up at the Golden Gateway Hotel in San Francisco, California. 2008 also marked the first year that Cybernet Expo was owned and operated exclusively by YNOT.com.

In 2008 the seminar schedule featured an impressive lineup of adult Internet experts including affiliate program operators, adult content producers, Internet tech experts, attorneys, software developers and adult industry actors and models. The keynote address too was a resounding success, delivered by owner of the popular adult movie company Evil Angel. Events like Show & Sell put attendees and exhibitors in the same room, giving exhibitors a chance to show off their services while attendees picked up some free promotional materials and met industry leaders. Many attendees took advantage of the Free Speech Coalition's roundtable lunch buffet, a chance to speak to FSC representatives about the legal challenges that face the industry. And each night attendees enjoyed industry only parties such as the Cybersocket Opening Night Party, D-Money's Rock the Ball concert, and Kink in the Kastle.
